It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kelly McGowen on June 26, 2023 after a brief illness at the age of 57.

She is survived by her partner Scott Craig, daughter Lindsey (Keith) Holcomb, son Justin (Ava) Scott, sisters Kerrie (Eric) Klassen and Kim McGowen and brother Mike (Teresa) McGowen and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her step-father Robert Tyreman, father Milt McGowen, mother Tony Tyreman, and sister Dawn Campbell.

Kelly was a kind and empathetic individual, who always tried to help out those in need. In her final moments, she chose, with the support of her family, to donate her organs to those in need, leaving a lasting legacy.

While she will be missed, she will forever be remembered as someone who was bubbly, the life of the party and always on the phone. She loved to cook and bake and her goal was always to give to those in need, choosing to see the best in all.
