Dennis Michael Sennett was born in Tucson Arizona, and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. His mother is Patricia Johan McLarty of Oceanside California. Dennis loved cars, guns, and most of all his family. He was and will always be the father of Shawn and Shane Sennett, and Step Father to Mark and Vince Noonon, and Rita Moran. He was and always will be the grandfather to Anthony Moran, Kennedy Sennett, Jared Sennett, and Mackenzie Sennett. Dennis spent the last years of his life working for the I.B.E.W. mostly local 11 in the Los Angeles area. He was a very hard worker, and his work ethic is seen in all of his children. Dennis served in the United States Army for 14 years, 2 1/2 years of that in Vietnam, 2 years in Manheim Germany and another 8 years in Fort Leavenworth Kansas as the chief commanding guard at the Army Prison. He retired with an honorable Discharge in 1980. He will always be remembered for the the great big bear hugs he would give to the one he loved, related or not. Dennis reveared friends as family, and if you were a friend you were a friend for life. He would lay down his life for friend or family. He is Survived by his 5 children and ex-wife Diane Hallock, of whom he became good friend with again 6 months prior to his death. He was and will always be my Dad, and my best friend. I miss him greatly, and I pray in my heart daily that he praying for Jesus to come into his heart moments before he passed away. I love you Dad. I know I will see you again one day. Love Shawn
