Brent was born September 6, 1963 in Burbank, California, and passed away

Saturday, December 24, 2005. He was 42. He had a big heart, and an enormous generosity towards other people. He loved the Lord, and enjoyed

sharing his knowledge of the Bible with others. One of the things he loved most in life was Surfing. That was his passion. He once said, "When I'm out Surfing, it gives me such a free feeling that I can't describe." He grabbed his board, and hit the beach whenever he got the chance.

Brent is survived by his parents, Barbara J. Hartman and William Gagnon;

sisters, Lauren (Jeff) Hachey, Noelle (David) Vandecar; brother, Kenneth Hartman; nieces, Madisen Hachey, Amanda Vandecar; grandmother, Frances Mihalek of Ohio; nephews, Ethan Hachey, Cameren and Chase Vandecar; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brent's life was celebrated by family and friends on January 4, 2006, in the Church of the Hills at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, in Los Angeles, CA.

He will be greatly missed by many. We love you Brent, you will forever be in out hearts, and on our minds.

Personal Notes

Brent,
Words cannot express how I feel, not about you, not about losing you. It's something that can only be felt. I miss you more than you could have ever imagined. You have been a part of my life for so long, it doesn't seem possible that you are no longer here. I will always remember the fun times we had together. Thank you for loving me. You will forever be in my heart.
