This site is in honor of Steven G.A. Smith's life, For my beastfriend Carli who lost her whole world on May 9,2004, and who's heart aches for her bestfriend and love of her life each and everyday.

Carli is Steve's one and only love of his life and he wanted nothing more than to spend all eternity with her, in his eyes
Carli was an Angel sent from heaven to guide and love him and share lives experiences with, There was no other like Carli steve's bebe.

this site is for Carli, Friends, Family and others to remember Steve Smith to share and enjoy memories and events and stories he shared with many of us over the years.

We know Steve is in heaven waiting for Carli to be by his side, looking down upon his beautiful Daugther Kristen, and watching her grow each and everyday.
To loose such a strong and passionately devoted, kind hearted, smart individual to Suicide is hard and this site may ease or help with some of your pain, perhaps even save anothers life, Steve would have wanted that and I hope he enjoy's this site I've created in honor of him and sees the people and family that love and miss him dearly.

"Suicide is not Chosen; it happens when pain exceeds the resources for coping with pain. "

Remembering

Go ahead and mention my loved one,
The one that died, you know.
Don't worry about hurting me further.
The depth of my pain doesn't show.

Don't worry about making me cry
I'm already crying inside.
Help me to heal by releasing
The tears that I try to hide.

I'm hurt when you just keep silent,
Pretending they didn't exist,
I'd rather you mention my loved one
Knowing that they have been missed.

You asked me how I was doing
I say "pretty good" or "fine"
But healing is something ongoing
I feel it will take a lifetime.
