Jeff "Taz" Wilbur was a loving and kind hearted man. All his friends knew him to help out in any way he could. Jeff would give you the shirt off his back if you asked him to. Though Jeff was not in Peace River for a long time he made some very close friends. Jeff is survived by his Sister, Theresa, mother and father, Rose and Neale. His Fiance Kimberly and 2 children Colby and Elisa. Jeff will be sadly missed by all.
