Personal Notes

Over a year since you left this earth
and flew away to be with your King.
Heaven rejoiced when you entered those gates,
and all the Angels did sing.
But here on earth was a different song
a song we sang with tears.
We loved you so much, it was hard to let go,
life without you was our fear.
Now time has passed and wounds have healed
and tears have faded away
Because we know if we believe,
we will see you again someday.
