Katherine Rose Merkel was only 14 years old when she left us here on earth for heaven. Katherine's death impacted many people in our community and as short as her life was she left a legacy of one to never be forgotten. Oh Katie how do we all miss you here, but I know that God needed you elsewhere. May you rest in peace Katie, but know that you are loved and missed every day that you aren't here with us.
