THE BROKEN CHAIN
We little knew that morning that God was going to all your name,In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Personal Notes

Footprints on the Heart
Some people come into our lives and quickly go.
Some people move our souls to dance.
They awaken us to new understanding
With the passing whisper of their wisdom.
Some people make the sky more beautiful to gaze upon.
They stay in our lives for awhile,
Leave footprints on our hearts
And we are never, ever the same.

Hardy...I miss you brother...I wrote a song for your baby-girl's wedding...I can't find the words, but here's the tune...see ya soon friend...

...And one day when you said that prayer
I asked Jesus in my heart

CHORUS:
Thank you for giving to the Lord
I am a life that was changed
Thank you for giving to the Lord
I am so glad you gave

Sorry, it wouldn't all fit, but I'm sure they know the rest up there.

Daddy,
You are still truly loved and missed by all. I know you are one of my many guardian angels watchin over me. I know that you and the family are keepin tabs on us down here and prayin (fightin) for us. Never give up on us even on those days that it seems there's no hope for us. We may lose our way for a moment, but God and you will always guide us back to the path we belong. I love you!
