Dustin Stevenson was born in Crookston, Minnesota to parents of Krisann Stevenson and Richard Stevenson. He has four brothers Warren Stevenson, Russell Morken, Cody Stevenson, and Leroy Stevenson. He has one sister Jodi Stevenson. Dustin is the youngest out of all six of the kids. He was a great kid. He was sort of a healthy kid growing up. On April 26, 2003 he was complaining to his parents that his eyes are hurting and his mother told him he would be fine intell morning and if they were still hurting him in the morning she would take him in. He kept complaining finally his mother told him to get ready and they will take him to the Fargo, North Dakota Merit care Hospital. The Doctor told them he needs to get checked in to the Hospital so they checked him in and 2 days later he got out of the hospital. The next morning his mother brought him back to the hospital because he was getting worse and that same day they rushed him by Ambulance to Minneapolis, Minnesota to Fairview University Hospital on the U of M university campus. He got rushed there on April 29, 2003. He had to have a liver transplant on May 13, 2003. He needed a Bonemarrow transplant and the Doctors tested his brothers and sisters to see if they are matches and none of them were matches with him so they couldn't give him a bonemarrow transplant.He got very sick each and every day he was in Minneapolis Hospital. He spent his last birthday in the Hospital with his family. He had a really great time he enjoyed it very much. Then on October 1, 2003 he passed awayin Minneapolis, Minnesota. He passed away at 6:30 p.m.. His family love him very much and miss him very much. Dustin has many aunts, uncles, cousins, and two grandmothers and one grandfather.
