Mrs. Donna Maria DelRoy Huey, 53, a resident of Lake Drive in Columbia, died Sunday, July 13, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. 

Funeral services for Mrs. Huey will be conducted Wednesday, July 16, 2003 at 11:30 a.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Reverend James Effler officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Monday and Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The Washington D.C. native was the daughter of Albert Don "Pappy" DelRoy of Columbia, Tennessee and the late Minnie E. Coran DelRoy. She was the wife of Harold Elton Huey of Columbia. She was owner/operator of "Leave it to us" Caterers and was affiliated with Maury Regional Hospital in plant operations for several years. She was a member of the Highland Avenue Church of God. Mrs. Huey was involved in arts and crafts and conducted many weddings in this area.

In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by three daughters, Patricia (Steve) Reno of Columbia, TN, Linda (Tom) Cappelli of Austintown, OH, and Vera (Charles) Wright of Louisville, KY; three sons, Mike (Robin) Huey of Williamsburg, VA, Douglas (Jennifer) Huey and Billy Huey both of Columbia, TN; a brother, Douglas Delroy of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Diana (Jimmy) Gilliam of Jasper, TN and Denise (David) Ring of Columbia, TN; seventeen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, five nieces and nephews, five Great nieces and nephews; all her beloved friends.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
