Sam was the best dog.  He protected us,played ball with us, obeyed us and was always at our side.  He loved to take walks around the block, the cranberry bog or at the beach.  His favorite time was chasing the tennis ball.  He always wanted to be with us. He loved being petted, We would call him knucklehead, Samuel K, and dope...but we loved him very much and did not realize how important he was to us or how much we would miss him until he was gone.
