Toney was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 7, 1969.  He was the first born son of Glenda Staton.  He has one younger brother, Chris Tipton.  He grew up in Stuttgart, Arkansas.  In 1993 he met and married Sonja and they  were blessed with 4 beautiful children, 3 boys and one girl, Devin, Kevin, Evan and Brandi Nicole.  Even though his marriage to Sonja didn’t last and his mother had to step in to help him raise the children, he stayed as involved with them as possible.  He loved his children very much and they loved him in return.  He was a very loving and caring person.  He always strived to please everyone around him.  He was a landscaper and loved to watch things grow. He could take something so plain and ordinary and turn it into a beautiful creation. Toney lived to be 33 years old, his life was cut way to short and he will be missed by all of us who loved him.  His children will carry on in his memory and they will be his legacy. Rest safe in the arms of Jesus Toney and we your family pray that you have now found peace and happiness in the arms of the Father above.
