If I could describe my Memere in one word, it would be "Giving". She Gave so much to everyone, but never asked for anything in return. She only wanted to see her loved ones happy. She could never be mad at anyone, even when we rolled her car across the street, through the nieghbors yard, and into a tree..After she was sure we were all okay, she just laughed. She was very outgoing, even when she was sick she was worried about getting back into work, cleaning the house, and even shopping. I remember each time we slept over she would come into the room with about a billion blankets, she would cover us head to toe until we cuold barely breathe..and then she would ask " You girls cold, need any extra pillows or blankets, want me to turn th heat up, you hungry want a drink"... She was simply a loving amazing grandmother. Each Christmas she would Complain and Worry that she didnt have much to give, But we couldnt step into that room, the gifts were piled high to the cieling. As much as we all loved the gifts, it was being together as a family that we cherished most. My Memere had so much faith in god, and never mised a sunday Mass., I know that she is safely home in heaven, her life has not ended but only begun, she is now reunited with her family and watching down on us, waiting for the day we will all meet again.
