Two of the most caring and loving people I ever knew. They were always there whenever anyone needed them. They not only raised there own kids but many others. Everyone was equal to them.
They loved there grand kids very much and would do anything for them. And made sure they never went without also.
They always worked hard to make sure we had what we needed. Mom was the best care taker anyone could ask for when we were ill. She was a good listener, and never passed judgment.
My dad sold furniture cars and ran auctions. My mon was right there beside him and she also worked out when us kids got older.
Mom used to make alot of our clothes and crochet our hats, scarves and mittens. She was very good at it.
If any of us needed a car or one fixed all we had to do was call dad. He was good at that. He enjoyed going to other auctions and visitng family and our summer trips.
Mom pretty much enjoyed the same things. Also when she was younger she enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Personal Notes

Summer trips were fun. One time in Pa. we stayed at a motel with a pool. mom said no swimming, she thought it was to cold. we talked her into letting us "just put our feet in". Someone "accedently" pushed someone and by the time mom saw us we were all in. I think she tried real hard to be mad. But...
She was good with a buggy whip though just ask the boys she chased over the barn roof with it.That was funny.
They were great people. I love them and miss them very much.
