Michael immigrated to Canada with his parents Ursula and Gunther from Hannover Germany in 1953. He went to school at St Mary's Catholic School in Calgary, University of Calgary, North Idaho College in Coeur d'Alene Idaho, and ECP Institute in Toronto. He worked in the computer industry for many years as an operator, programmer, systems analyst, salesman, and consultant. His intelligence and quick wit meant he made friends quickly with everyone who met him. Michael was predeceased by his mother, URSULA RUTH (FROMM) in 1975, his father GUNTHER FRIEDRICH (Frederick)in 1995.
