Mrs. Dorothy L. Caley
Vicksburg, MI
Dorothy went to be with Jesus and to be reunited with her beloved husband Al early Sunday
morning, August 13, 2006. Dodie (as she is known by those who loved her) was born in
Chicago, IL on October 28, 1926. She was the daughter of Jennings Bryan and Frances Betty
(Bentley) Stewart, who she is also happily rejoicing with today. She was united happily in
marriage to Albert E. Caley on June 2, 1946. They spent their lives together richly in love
and happiness with the Lord and their big family of six children. Learning with their
loving family that happiness isn't always found with the wealth of the world. Sadly, she
lost him after his long battles with illness and he went to be with the Lord on December 1,
1990. Today they are standing tall together again in paradise after this long separation
and smiling down on us all in health and joy. They are now rejoicing arm in arm in a place
where there will be no more pain and no more illness.
She has also been preceeded in death by one granddaughter (Ashley), one Son-In-Law, two
sisters, and one brother.
