THE BROKEN CHAIN
We little knew that morning that God was going to all your name,In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide, And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same, But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
Born in Washington, NC. Mr. Hodges resided in the Trenton, NJ area for 30 years. He retired from Hub City Distributors. He was a member of the Trenton Special Police Unit and the Chambersburg Little League.
He was a loving and devoted Son of God, husband, father, and grandfather.
God called him home at the early age of 60. He is still remembered, cherished and missed by many.
This is a tribute to a great man that has been called to glory. May God continue to comfort the family especially this the 20th anniversary of his death.
