Betty Lou Parker,
She was a wife, a lover, a mother, an aunt, a sister, a daughter, a niece, a grandmother, a great-grandma, a friend, a best friend, an angel, & my savior. I am the oldest of her grandchildren & she was like a mother to me! I love her & I miss her more than words could ever say. Tomorrow on May 27th, four years ago the LORD saw fit to take her home. Since, my life has had a huge void. Grandma, this is my way of saying that you will never be forgotten and that I LOVE YOU!
Betty was a wonderful woman. She carried herself with an essence of class. She loved her children, grandchildren, & great-grandson. She loved the holidays and putting out all of her decorations. What she enjoyed most was getting all of the family together in one place at the same time. She loved to shop! Clothes, shoes, purses, & especially jewerly were among her collections. She was involved in her church, loved her lake cottage, & her home. She was a considerate person who was rarely selfish & almost always willing to help when help was needed. She was always a giver & put others needs before her own. She was the biggest influence in my life & had it not been for my grandma I'm not sure were I wouldve ended up. Grandma, I love you, I miss you, & I appreciate you. THANK YOU!!!
