Mom was born to Rensey Dickey&Mary Jane Cottrell Dickey.She had 4 siblings Zella,Otis,Paul&Roy(who only lived three days)she was preceeded in death by Otis&Roy&her mother&father.She married Oscar Newhouse who died in an accident.There were no children born.Then she married Bob Lowe & had three children,Bobby,Pennie&Joey.She was a wonderful christian wife&mother&we miss her dearly.
