Des was a lost and lonely sole

his life wasn't always free

he strayed into a misy hole

from where he could not see

he wasn't blind for what he would find

when he put his life at rest

his life was like a chapter in a unfinished book

one which was out of reach

all we can do is accept and believe

he chose the path he took

he had a family who loved him dearly

this is truly so

but life for him became to hard and he knew it was time to go
