Tex Donohue was my father and an entertainer of exceptional talent, he performed to the audience and I witnessed adulation and applause at many of his functions.



During the war years (WW2) Tex was known as "The Cowboy Of The Coral Sea, because of the country style of his music and his ability to integrate a melodic yodel into many of the songs he sang. More than 50 years later I still run across people who remember him by that name.
