This is a message from those who have appreciated Ann Kendrick's living among us at Glen Meadows Retirement Community. She always had lunch in the cafe with friends she knew here and in the last weeks with volunteers from the hospice center. We enjoyed hearing her wonderful stories of being mother, grandmother, and great grandmother to her family of children! She often spoke of her pride in being the good sitter for grandchildren whose parents were working. "They came to me, not some daycare center," she would say. And I'm sure the care and education she gave was priceless! She knew God's LOVE and radiated it to others. She is resting in peace. from Mary Louise Ellenberger, a resident who hugged her many times and thanks God for allowing us to know her and care for her here at Glen Meadows.
