Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from a Spanish father and a Portuguese mother, from an early age Ginamaría demonstrated remarkable talent and ability for music, singing, the ballet, acting, plus the written word.
She left Argentina with a Scholarship to study at Julliard School in New York, where she was heard by master Andres Segovia, who became her mentor and supporter until Ginamaría obtained the Royal Scholarship by the government of Spain to study singing at Santiago de Compostela.
The purity of her timbre, her impeccable diction in any language, her perfect pitch and ample range, all became reasons for her well deserved recognition.
Intermingled with all her work as an upcoming young actress in Hollywood, Ginamaría received the opportunity to perform a concert in the city of Taormina (Sicily), Italy, during the summer season when the Cinema Festival is celebrated there. Here, Ginamaría performed a very select chamber music recital that included various musical styles, receiving from the Italian press words of tremendous respect and admiration.
Ginamaría has participated in numerous benefic concerts and festivals throughout the entire American Continent, Europe, and Japan.
Ginamaría achieved exceptional record sales, reaching the Gold Record award, while being declared in all of South America and even Puerto Rico, as the Diva of America.
