Brittany came into my life when she was only 7 days old. We had 15 wonderful years together. She was very spoiled, but she gave me so much in return. She owned her own diamond necklace, canopy bed, 2 tiara's, little hats with matching leashes, many other items too numerous to name them all, and most recently... a "queen" bed. Not to mention... my heart. She loved to go with me in the car, especially to work. Her personality was so great, that everyone loved her. She was so beautiful. I sang "You are my Sunshine" to her every night, before we went to bed. She slept at the bottom of my bed, and neither one of us slept until we were touching each other. Every Halloween, we dressed alike. Brittany passed away in my arms, as I was telling her how much I loved her and sang her song to her. She looked me straight in the eyes as she took her last breath (as if to tell me how much she loved me too, and I knew she really didn't want to leave me). I love you "Sunshine" and I miss you so very much. You are ALWAYS with me!!! I will see you again, at the Rainbow Bridge.
