This is a letter to you Josh. You were my best buddy my son. Life without you has been empty to say the least. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think of you. When I'm flying I talk to you on the intercom. When I come out of the stores I look for you waiting in the passenger seat. When I'm looking at clothes I wonder what you would look like in a new shirt. When I pass the driving range I see you out there hitting 200 yards. When I come up the stairs I see the back of your head setting at the computer. When I wake up, I go into your room to check on you and tell you to come down for breakfast. When I left you alone I always made sure the doors were secure. The ketchup bottle is still where you left it. Your pictures are everywhere: in the cars, frig, mantel and computer room. I remember the things you didn't eat and the things you did. What your likes were and dislikes. Did I care about you son? Of course and I told you so each day. You are missed so much by the family, your mother, brother, sister, cousins and friends. You were killed in a automobile accident by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel. He was almost as young as you. I just want you to know as long as we are alive you will be too. You will be alive in our hearts, our memories of you will bring us happiness and we will see your smile in the photos that we cherish.
