Phil was a very talented person...he could draw, he could cook, he had a good sense of humor,he was very good and strike for the best on everything he did...he loved swimming and nature. He also loved being a police officer, he took his job very serious.  He was dreaming about retiring to leave to Costa Rica. He saw himself just waking up to take walks by the beach, go fishing and sitting underneath a palm tree and wait for the sunset.
