I'm so glad we ended up together as cubemates and got to know each other. I'll always remember our crayon drawings, comical IM and email strings, random txt messages, and the multitude of good times we had both in and outside of work. Even when things got really rough Phussel and I could always count on you to make us laugh. My time on AEW&C would not have been nearly as enjoyable (or tolerable) without you there with me.

doode!! waht r you diong? ahaaha! Well now I feel kinda bad about taping your phone to your desk...well not really. I'll take care of BORIS for you while you're gone. We've talked Rachel Ray into killing herself so you guys should be getting married soon, and Ashton and I have started making a giant snowball 4 U ;). What a joy to work with Mike Delger who made any gathering more fun yet in all of my encounters was sensitive to not do so at someone else's expense. He even brought fun to just walking to meetings. His smile and enthusiasm for life will definitely be missed!

Hey Delger...it was short, but of course fun!!!! then again I would not expect anything less from you. Mike - I will miss your always smiling face and wonderful attitude. In the midst of chaos, you found humor. On my worst day, your e-mails made me laugh out loud. You even made Thursdays (risk meeting day) fun. Things are just not the same around here without you. I will never, ever forget that wonderful combination of brains and that smile. I remember your first day at Boeing, when we took the tour at the DC. Your excitement to see the AWACS and meet the people you would be working with, your enthusiasm for getting started and your incredible sense of humor. Ever since I met your crazy ass, I could never seem to get rid of you. hanging at my friends houses, becoming my garbage man, worked for my neighbors, you were everywhere. Michael, I just wish I had a chance to say goodbye to you, or hear you tell me why you were hurting so bad you felt this was your only choice. I miss you so much and not a day goes by that I don't think about you a million times. I love you so much and can't wait to see you on the other side. I will keep talking to you throughout the day because that is the only way it makes me feel better. I just hope you know how loved you were by my whole family.

Mike: We only met a few times at work (Thursday Risk meetings), but your friendly and positive attitude left a lasting impression. It really meant a lot to me, being a new guy who felt out of place and didn't know many people. Genuinely nice and sincere people like yourself are hard to come by these days. So I wish you all the best, and I hope you found what you were looking for, because you deserve it man. Peace.

Mike, even though we had not seen or talk to each other for a longtime I often thought about you and the fun we always seem to have together. You were always making me and the rest of the guys laugh. When I was told about your passing I was extremely sadened, I knew the world had lost a great person and would be a lesser place without you. You will be greatly missed by all and I will continue to think about you for the rest of my life.
