All paid memberships include a 30-day, 100% money back guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days by
contacting us with your order number.
Refund requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
Billing
All memberships are one-time purchases. There are no automatic renewals,
recurring charges, or subscription fees.

does not store credit card information on its servers. Each transaction requires
you to enter your payment details at the time of purchase.
Each purchase is completed through a multi-step checkout process: selecting
a service, reviewing an itemized total with applicable taxes, entering your
payment details, and confirming the transaction. Upon completion, you receive
immediate access to the platform and a confirmation email containing your order
number and a summary of what was purchased. Receipts are available for download
in your member account at any time.
Membership Extensions
Memberships include a fixed term of access. When your term expires, you may
extend it by purchasing additional time (1 year, 5 years, 10 years, or lifetime).
Extensions are not applied automatically. Each extension follows the same
checkout process as an initial purchase, requiring you to log into your account,
select an extension option, review the cost, and confirm payment.
If you choose not to extend, your printed and signed documents remain legally
valid for the rest of your life, whether or not you have an active account.
Membership Expiry
When your membership term ends, you will no longer be able to edit or download
your documents online. Documents you have already printed and signed remain
legally valid. You may reactivate your account at any time by purchasing an extension.
Cancellation
Since all memberships are one-time purchases, there are no recurring charges
to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time with no further charges.
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data,
contact us. Account deletion is permanent and
cannot be reversed. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access or
modify your documents, and all information will be removed from our system.
Documents you have already printed and signed remain legally valid regardless
of your account status.
