LOFTY, HE WAS PERFECT GENTLMAN, LOVED BY ALL WHO MET HIM,

PERFECT HUSBAND, AND STEPFATHER, AND GRANDFATHER, UNCLE,

HE LIVED LIFE TO THE FULL, TOOK EVERYDAY AS IT CAME, ALLWAYS SAYING YOU CANNOT CHANGE WHAT IS TO BE,

LOFT WORKED HARD ALL HIS LIFE, CAME TO ENGLAND IN 1961 

AND RETURNED BACK TO ST VINCENT WITH ME HIS WIFE IN 1990

IT BROKE MY HEART TO LOSE 

I MISS YOUR SMILE, YOUR LOVING WAYS,

MISS YOUR GENTLE TOUCH,

EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU MEANS MORE TO ME TODAY,
