Family always came first for Mom. The eldest daughter of Chester and Thetis Graham, she grew up with five sisters and four brothers. She married Lemuel Franklin (Frank) Sylvester on July 23, 1949. They had five boys. Over the years, Mom and Dad were our guiding light and family life was the center of our days. As we got older and started our own lives, Mom did all she could to support us and make sure we knew she was always there for us. In her later years, she adored her grandchildren and especially, her great-granddaughter, Rylee, who was pure joy for her. She truly missed Rylee when they were not together and frequently phoned her little girl to see how she was. I am glad she had Rylee to spoil and take care of, even for so short a time. We miss you, Mom.
