This is dedicated to my dad, David Alden Schultz. He was a loving husband to my mom and a great dad to my brother and I. He was the best grandfather, to his grandchildren. My mom and dad were together for 28 years. I guess that is a lifetime to most. He grew up in Highlandtown, Baltimore, Maryland. He loved to take long walks, I remember that as we grew up. He worked for Mta for 28 years, as a bus mechanic. He worked very hard for many years. He provided a stable and loving home. My dad also loved animals, he would go to the park and feed the squirrels. Sometimes, I would wonder if that was a good idea, considering one attacked him one time. He was a good man with a good heart. He changed his life in 1987, and became a christian. He loved God. He prayed and devoted himself to jesus, from then on. He enstilled in us, a strong faith. So much, my brother became a pastor. My brother and I are hard workers and devoted parents, because of what he taught us. The biggest joy of his life was his grandkids, Mikayla, Jorden, Megan, Madelyn, and Layla. I remember the joy, at each of their births. One that really touches me, my daughter was born ill, and when she was in icu. He cried and cried. I miss my dad and love him so much. I will never forget him, and I know he watches over us.
