Jeff was born in Dos Palos, California in 1977 to Gary and Leslie Mack. Jeff later inherited his Step Father Herman Hamilton whom he looked up to just as much as his Father. Jeff was fortunate enough to also share his life with two brothers, Gary and Steven.  He was raised between Los Banos and Newman, California for most of his life. Jeff attended Orestimba High School in Newman California, and this is where he met Brenda Battles. Brenda and Jeff resided in Newman for a few years, and eventually moved to South Dakota.

Jeff and Brenda went on to have four beautiful children, two boys and two girls, Johnathon, Ashley, Jacob, and Sierra. Jeff adored his children, and they equally adored him. Jeff and Brenda eventually separated, and Jeff returned to California, where he went on to make many friends. 

At the time of his death Jeff was residing in Los Banos California. His memory will be remembered by so many. Jeff had many loves in life. Jeff was an avid fisherman, and could normally be found around many canal banks. Jeff also loved small engines, including dirt bikes, and go-carts. Jeff often built and restored many dirt bikes, completely self taught, and quite good at it.

Jeff will be remembered by many from California to South Dakota, he touched many lives.
